As our team continues to grow, we are actively recruiting a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to join the leadership team and drive our patient and partner acquisition efforts forward.

ABOUT YOU
You are a passionate sales and marketing leader with direct experience in a multi-site healthcare environment. You are energetic, passionate about building and maintaining positive relationships, and you know how to lead a team to do the same. You have a strong working knowledge of sales and marketing best practices, and you excel at increasing patient referrals. Ultimately, you are passionate about growing in your career while doing important work and making a lasting impact on children in the community.
YOU WILL
· Report to the President
· Directly lead a team of up to 8 Territory Relationship Managers (TRMs)
· Identify and hire new TRMs
· Provide training to new hires and continued development opportunities to the entire team
· Partner with the Operations leadership team when necessary to assist in the sourcing of new partner providers
· Partner with the Provider Recruitment team when necessary to assist in the sourcing of new Blue Cloud providers
· Work closely with the TRMs on your team to review data, identify opportunities, develop action plans, and manage performance within their regions
· Be a resource and support for TRM questions
· Partner with the IT team to ensure CRM platform is designed and functioning to meet the needs of the team
· Update marketing materials and training manuals as needed
YOU HAVE
Requirements + Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing with multi-site healthcare organizations
· Demonstrable experience managing a team of individual sellers
· Strong understanding of end-to-end sales process within the healthcare space
· High sense of urgency and drive for results
· Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships
· Proficiency in relevant CRM systems
· Strong project and time management skills and high level of follow-through
Preferred
· Direct experience with Salesforce

Pay: $110,000.00 per year
