**Job Overview:**
We are seeking all Business Office positions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent multitasking abilities, we would like to meet you. We are looking for DMV, Contracts, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.
**Duties:**
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate projects by liaising with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Assist in office management duties to maintain a productive work environment.
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence accurately.
- Participate in event planning activities for company functions.
- Handle order entry tasks efficiently.
- Serve as a clerk for various administrative needs.
**Skills:**
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in providing personal assistant support is a plus.
