HHM, on behalf of our client, is assisting in the search for an Office Manager. Our client is in the commercial and residential construction space and has been in business since 2002.
The ideal candidate will have a broad skillset that will encompass the following:
Responsibilities:
- All project-based Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, Payroll
- All internal Cost Reporting
- Human Resources: onboarding, benefits, timesheets, interviewing, performance reviews
- Work directly with field and project management teams
- Work with vendors and other 3rd parties
Must be able to:
- Commute to downtown Chattanooga
- Work 7am to 5pm
A CPA and college degree are preferred but not required.
The role is a salaried position that includes a bonus and insurance with an option to add and pay premiums for others. Also includes a 401(k) with 100% match up to 4% of salary, and a 50% match on the next 2%.
