We provide paid initial training and ongoing sales training and growth for every employee. Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet and engage with customers directly on a daily basis to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement better strategies for assessing client needs
- Attend individualized, hands-on, and classroom-style training to better understand the fundamentals of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative role
- Engage with customers and complete forms after each encounter to determine common consumer feedback or questions
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and adhere to all client compliance rules
- Engage in daily and weekly team meetings with the sales teams to stay current on sales goals
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Requirements We Look For:
- 1-3 years experience in customer service, sales, customer facing or client relations role is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented and have great organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player to gather and analyze information from multiple sources
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in different wok environments
