About Dallas CBT: Located in Uptown Dallas, TX, Dallas CBT is a group practice that takes pride in providing the highest standard of professional care by a high caliber team of specialists. Since 2014, we have been a leading site for training and providing evidence-based therapy for anxiety and OCD, among other presenting concerns. We offer a growth-oriented, engaged, and collaborative environment.
Job Openings: Dallas CBT is looking to add a couples and/or family therapist to our team, specializing in evidence-based couple therapies, such as Gottman Method or Emotionally Focused Therapy. This position may also see individual therapy clients, providing CBT and other evidence-based practice.
- Ideal work environment: We offer opportunities for pursuit of clinical interests and developing clinical specializations, flexibility with choosing your ideal schedule, full administrative support, a positive collegial environment, and ongoing consultation and learning opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
- Pursuit of professional goals: We work with each clinician to develop their caseload according to their clinical preferences and strengths.
- Focus on what you're good at: Within our practice, therapists have no responsibilities around marketing or obtaining their own caseload, and they can expect to quickly obtain a full caseload. This allows our therapists to focus on their clinical work, with a sense of security and stability in their job.
- Strong compensation and benefits: Financial compensation includes a strong W2 commission-based salary (with great potential for growth throughout tenure with the practice) and comprehensive benefits package, including: medical benefits, funding for professional development, comprehensive malpractice insurance, paid leaves options, and 401K retirement contributions by the practice.
Ideal applicants will 1) have graduated from an accredited program, 2) demonstrate strong clinical skills in couples therapy and evidence-based therapies, 3) be a good personality fit for a supportive and upbeat group private practice setting, and 4) have obtained full licensure as a psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to practice therapy in Texas. Post-doctoral applicants will be considered for a Post-doctoral or Provisionally Licensed Psychologist position, which may transition to Team Therapist upon completion of full licensure.
Dallas CBT celebrates diversity and believes that a commitment to inclusion and equity makes us better therapists and a stronger team. We encourage applications from therapists with diverse racial, cultural, or ethnic backgrounds.
