We are an Electronic Contract Manufacturing Company that offers our clients flexibility of a small firm with the latest technology and stability that our industry offers. We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Buyer to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
This position is the main focus in coordinating all efforts between our customers, suppliers, production and sales departments to ensure that our clients’ needs are being met. Daily tasks and responsibilities would include handling customers projects from purchasing through shipment, including: monitoring materials, receiving and entering orders, purchasing components, tracking production and maintaining files. Resolve engineering &/or accounting issues on vendor invoices. Responsible for managing all customer issues regarding any aspect of their order in a timely, accurate and courteous manner.
Position Requirements:
· Prior experience in purchasing &/or production and knowledge of Word/Excel is a must.
· High School Diploma
· Business Courses or seminars in accounting helpful
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills
· Ability to be assertive and professional when dealing with suppliers
· Must have prior electronic component experience
