Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our luxury treatment centers located in Houston, TX, and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing clinical teams and programs, including residential treatment facilities. This role requires a strategic leader with exceptional operational, clinical, and business management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to multiple luxury treatment centers.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure the highest standards of clinical care and compliance with all relevant regulations. Supervise clinical teams, including therapists, counselors, and support staff.
- Operational Management: Oversee day today operations of the treatment centers, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and high-quality service delivery.
- Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, optimize financial performance, and ensure fiscal responsibility across all centers.
- Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate innovative treatment programs that meet the needs of our clientele.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, staff, and the community.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all centers comply with local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
- Marketing and Business Development: Drive business growth through strategic marketing and partnership initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must possess an unencumbered license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist.
- Educational Background: Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management
- Clinical Expertise: Extensive experience managing clinical teams and programs, including residential treatment settings.
- Operational Acumen: Proven track record of overseeing operations of multiple facilities, with a focus on quality care and financial performance.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business Insight: Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Ethical Standards: High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
