Join Our Team as a Product Manager, Home Décor & Accessories!
Park Hill Collection is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to coordinate and manage all product development activities for our Home Décor & Accessories business unit. This pivotal role serves as the central point of contact for various departments involved in the product development process, ensuring seamless execution from inception to introduction.
Key Responsibilities
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Home Décor & Accessories business unit, coordinating product development activities.
- Collaborate with other business units to execute cohesive product introductions.
- Identify style voids and product design trends through extensive research.
- Manage product specifications and development timelines.
- Coordinate sample production and showroom layout execution.
- Ensure timely delivery and preparation of samples for showroom installation.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
PRODUCT DATA
- Enter product data into the company's ERP and databases.
- Manage product pricing and margins.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency of product data within the operating system.
- Maintain proper linkage of kit data for applicable products.
- Act as a resource for internal stakeholders regarding product specifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
PRODUCT LIFECYCLE
- Provide demand planning, inventory management, and purchase order management.
- Establish monthly demand forecasts for products.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales rates to optimize product lifecycle.
- Prepare and lead meetings associated with product lifecycle management.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
CREATIVE
- Participate in product design and development meetings.
- Review and ensure accuracy of photo shoot plans.
- Assist in the execution of visual creative assets, including photography and catalogs.
- Coordinate product prep for photo shoots and assist with installations.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
