Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, On-call & Weekend Rotation
Salary: $91,000 - $115,000

Radford Green is recruiting a hospitality focused Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall supervision of nursing care in the Health Center and is the Primary Infection Preventionist. The Assistant Director of Nursing assumes the responsibilities of the Director of Nursing during their absence or in the event of a vacancy in that position.
The Health Center is comprised of 84 Private Suites, with 50% of the population LTC Private Pay, and the other comprised of Short-Term Skilled Rehab. This position oversees multiple Certified Nursing Assistants, including orientation, counseling, and performance management. The patient to resident rations, are 12:1 for nursing, and 8:1 for CNA’s.

Qualifications:
- MUST possess a current Illinois license as a Registered Nurse and have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree - BSN preferred
- Current CPR certification
- IP Certification or willing to obtain within 3 months of employment
- Geriatric/rehabilitation experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Understands Illinois Federal and State Medicare/Medicaid rules, regulations, and procedures.
