The Project Assistant is responsible for supporting the COO in coordinating the activities related to signage and graphics projects. This includes but is not limited to:
Submitting sign permit application documents
Submitting quotes for signage projects
Conducting clients needs assessments
Supporting the development of company financials and reporting
Assisting with the management of multiple signage projects
Required Qualifications include:
Excellent verbal and written skills
Organized and detail oriented
Strong team player with an easygoing demeanor
Strong computer skills
Experience with Adobe PDF
Experience with Illustrator
Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
Ability to identify ways to improve and increase efficiency
Strong attention to detail and good math skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
