Position Overview:
We're searching for an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong understanding of modern digital marketing techniques and an innate passion for successful outcomes. In this position you plan, execute, and report on marketing tactics for our veterinary clients. You will be responsible for communicating with our clients and internal teams as well as developing/executing digital marketing strategies.
This role requires you to manage many external client accounts. To be considered, you must have experience doing so. Applicants should clearly demonstrate this experience in their resume and cover letter.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and Execute: Client communication will be extremely important. In this role you will be required to have regular, meaningful meetings and communications with client stakeholders to determine their needs, the efforts we will put forth to help them achieve their goals, and the results of such. Furthermore, you will be expected to leverage this knowledge as you perform, maintain, and advance the client’s digital marketing position by utilizing your SEO and Paid Marketing skills.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive, tailored digital marketing strategies that align with each client's goals and objectives. This includes SEO, paid social media campaigns, email marketing, content creation, Google Ads, display and video advertising, website maintenance, and more.
3. Revenue Growth and Retention: Contribute to the enhancement and progression of each client account, driving continuous growth and increased profitability. Together with our account management team, your communications and work will ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction through astute management of expectations and strategic innovation
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to adjust and recommend new strategies to improve client satisfaction.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our designers, copywriters, and digital marketing specialists to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience as a digital marketing account manager or a similar role in digital marketing. Experience working with veterinary clients is a plus.
Applicants who do not have experience managing many external client accounts or those whose experience is exclusive to an "in-house" marketer should not apply for this position.
2. Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, paid social media advertising, display advertising, video and content marketing, and more. Candidates with experience in setting up social media marketing campaigns from scratch, including onboarding clients to paid social campaigns are preferred.
3. Proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic thinker.
