Front Desk Concierge
Job Summary
Responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to guests when they arrive and leave the community by attending to residents and guests needs. Parks and retrieves vehicles in a safe and timely manner. Provide administrative support and set up/break down of daily events. The Concierge also performs other services for guests/customers, which may involve tasks such as receiving packages for residents or ensuring that a resident’s dry cleaning is picked up or dropped off.
Essential Functions
(Duties include but are not limited to:)
- Proactively approaches, greets and acknowledges guests in a friendly and professional manner. Open vehicle door(s) and offers assistance as appropriate.
- Interacts with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested.
- Responsible for setup and break down of daily events. Including tables, chairs, audio/visual and any other required equipment for events, meetings and special interest groups.
- Parks and retrieves resident vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provides package and grocery delivery services to residents/guest units.
- Books guestrooms and ensures all paperwork and billing is correct.
- Comfortable answering phones and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
- Signs resident’s guests in and out.
- Provides accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including activity logs, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions which require attention and/or repair. While driving resident vehicles, obeys all traffic laws on and off property.
- Collects items to be stored for Employee Rummage Sales.
Skills/Requirements:
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Be on your feet for 8+ hours.
- Valid Driver's License with driving experience.
Work Conditions:
- Non-Typical office environment (frequent standing, walking, talking, etc.), both inside activities and outside activities.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent social interactions

Education and Experience
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required. Prior Customer Service and/or driver experience preferred. Prior experience working with senior preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 20 per week
