You would be joining our team of technicians who ensure the appearance of rentals and the community at large are exceptional. This role will include following all preventative maintenance programs and following best practices to minimize emergency repairs & service requests. As part of the team, clear communication and delivering excellent customer service to our residents is key. Your attention to detail and knowledge will help keep our communities running smoothly and are integral in providing a simplistic, hassle-free rental experience to our residents.
The Maintenance Technician joining our team will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment within our community. Our technicians prioritize the safety of the residents, team members, and themselves all the while delivering white-glove customer service. This position would involve working on call. This technician would have at least 2 years of experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and at least a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, technical training in one or more trades is preferred. Experience working with multifamily communities is preferred. Qualified candidates will be EPA 608 certified (Universal or Type I & Type II). Candidates without their EPA 608 certification will be required to complete the coursework and examination necessary to achieve this designation. The course and exam fees will be paid for by the company.
Compensation plan: Base hourly pay + monthly commission.
