Our office is seeking an individual with strong communication skills, the ability to learn new systems quickly and an interest in administrative work. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working at a fast-paced organization and have a proven record of meeting deadlines. We're looking for a highly motivated individual who is capable of multitasking and working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office's reception area and front desk.
- Answer customers' questions and phone calls.
- Handle correspondence.
- Provide information to customers via phone, email, or in person.
- Schedule appointments.
- Process paperwork.
- Basic knowledge of computer skills.
