Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Looking for someone with open availability, willing and able to work all shifts when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong guest relations skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is advantageous
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service principles
- Hospitality or hotel management background is beneficial
