Fast-Paced Job, Monday thru Friday. Between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

We are looking for a logical, energetic person, with Lots of Common Sense, who is organized, resilient, cooperative, positive, and has a good sense of humor.

You will be Assisting Account Managers with:
-
Checking product availabilities and costs.
-
Entering Customer Quotes and Orders.
-
Faxing Confirming Purchase Orders to Suppliers.
-
Interfacing with your Account Manager with questions about your work process.
-
You must be comfortable using an iPad 30-40% of your day.
-
You will need to learn how to navigate Company WIN10 Database.
-
You must have a Pleasant, Clear Speaking, Understandable Voice as you will be on the phone most of your day.
-
You must be reliable from an attendance standpoint.
PAY:
-
PAY IS PAID BI-MONTHLY (Calculated against 1st thru 15th) & (16th thru EOM).

80 HOURS PRO-RATED PAID ANNUAL VACATION.

8+ PAID HOLIDAYS according to Company Policy.
