We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for materials handling, shipping and receiving, and helping to maintain warehouse operations. This can be a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the operation of equipment such as forklifts and a tractor.

Overview: The Warehouse Manager at South Jersey Water Conditioning is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining orderly systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, superior organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires proficiency in computer skills for managing inventory databases and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily warehouse operations and coordinate the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and shipping goods.
· Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement efficient inventory control systems to minimize loss and maximize accuracy of stock records.
· Utilize advanced computer skills to manage the warehouse management system (WMS), ensuring precise tracking and reporting of inventory.
· Develop and enforce organizational procedures and systems for the warehouse, enhancing efficiency and safety.
· Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes strong work ethics and high morale.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
· Work collaboratively with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to optimize inventory levels and fulfill customer orders effectively.
· Address and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations, including equipment needs, supply chain problems, or staffing challenges.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment and materials.
· Capacity to work in confined spaces and at heights, as necessary.
· Physical dexterity to manipulate tools and equipment in various weather conditions.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant coursework preferred.
· Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar management role.
· Strong proficiency in computer software for inventory management and data analysis.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and work with people.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
· Commitment to maintaining high work standards and ethical practices.
· Physical stamina and the ability to handle the demands of a busy warehouse environment.

· Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
