Micrologic is seeking a qualified Client Fulfillment Specialist to add to our team of dedicated, trusted, experienced & professional personnel. The Client Fulfillment Specialist will be an integral part of the Fulfillment team, responsible for ensuring all client orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
Essential Job Functions Include:
- Learning and demonstrating competency in all Micrologic products and services
- Taking and processing orders via phone, e-mail, & ticketing system
- Processing orders for projects/new installations
- Creating estimates, picklists, sales orders, packing slips, & shipments in the system
- Preparing orders by pulling items from inventory, taking them to Hardware to be tested, and bringing them to Shipping with the appropriate paperwork
- Accurately recording serial numbers and other relevant information
- Coordinating & booking shipping and freight to client locations
- Notifying the Purchasing team of custom orders
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Learning the RMA process and processing RMAs (return/order) when needed
- Escalating issues when necessary to or within the proper department
Skills and Knowledge:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and climb a ladder
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Great customer service and follow up skills
- Experience in fulfillment, shipping, inventory or similar
- Organized and able to manage assignments in a fast-paced high velocity environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, patience, and a can-do approach
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with all clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently with speed, accuracy, and quality
- Ability to work as part of a team to seek help when needed and provide help when available
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, G-Suite products, and CRM software
Compensation:
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
- Benefits are available after 90 days of employment.
