Job Duties
- Create job postings to be listed on Indeed, Ziprecruiter, etc.
- Monitor and organize applicant listings
- Schedule Interviews
- Recruit healthcare professionals via LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage multiple open positions at once.
Education Requirements
Knowledge of business processes usually obtained from an Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Health Care Administration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge and experience in recruiting.
- Human resources experience in hiring, tracking, and performance reviews (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills (required).
- Skill in using computer systems
- Multitasking skills (required).
- Problem-solving skills (required).
- Professional communication and presentation skills, including face to face, email, telephone, and video conference (required).
- Ability to communicate professionally with staff (required).
