Job Title: Program Director
Reports to: Program Director Effective Date: February 26, 2024
Job Summary: Guides the development, deployment, assessment and improvement of strategies, tactical plans, and projects related to the delivery and support of a holistic program of youth and family support services. Works with the Program Advisory Council in setting the direction and developing supporting operational plans that assure the organizational capability to achieve established quality of life improvement and family self-sufficiency goals. The Program Director is responsible for providing outcomes and data tracking, reporting out to grant sponsors, and providing program updates. The Program Director is responsible identifying, sourcing, and writing grants.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Identify grant opportunities. Ensure program is within the scope of the grant eligibility and requirements.
· Write grants and submit timely for review.
· Must ensure CDC continues to meet eligibility requirements for applicates grants.
· Submit renewal request for grants timely
· Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff
· Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
· Responsible to ensure all reporting and data tracking is completed and submitted monthly.
· Participates in the planning and supervision all CDC operations
· Conduct and/or attend all meetings pertaining to CDC program
· Participates and provides guidance as a member of the Program Advisory Council
· Ensure timely completion and submittal of all program reports
· Develop effective evaluation tools and monitor success of program activities.
· Investigate and resolve all problems as they occur
· Prepare and submit monthly status report to Executive Director
· Review and approve all outreach campaigns and advertising
· Promote the program through the community and Partnership via speaking engagements
· Recruit, hire, develop and evaluate the performance of all program personnel
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
· A Master’s degree in communications, community relations or other related degree
· At least 2 to 5 year’s experience in grant writing
· Non-profit experience
· At least 2 years of Managerial experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
