LHH Recruitment is working with a corporate office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team. This role is full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4pm.
Customer Service Representative will be responsible for order processing, customer information intake, data entry into companies database, scheduling deliveries, and working with vendors and the dispatch team.
Responsibilities:
Handles customer requests and coordinates with vendors for repair or equipment needs.

Records all incoming issues in designated systems and follows up with vendors and clients to ensure deadlines are met.

Provides continuous updates to customers and systems accurately and in a timely manner.

Addresses daily vendor-related issues and collaborates with internal partners for timely resolution.

Reviews and submits vendor quotes and information to determine next steps, including coordinating or ordering parts and managing other needs.

Uses systems to verify accuracy of work orders to ensure efficient processing and correct data for reporting and billing.

Monitors team emails and systems for new or escalated requests and assists with coverage.

Maintains orders within assigned territory to meet individual and team metrics, ensuring accuracy and assisting in other areas as needed.

Reviews and analyzes processes and procedures to identify needs and provide recommendations with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Engages externally to resolve operational issues, including interactions with intercompany departments, vendors, and other outsourced companies.

Assists with developing and implementing process improvement solutions related to vendor processes and collaborates with operating areas for implementation.

Supports the onboarding process for all new vendors as needed.
Requirements:
2+ years of recent call center/customer service experience
Ability to work in multiple databases
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Detail-oriented
Ability to type 40+ wpm
