Responsibilities
Define and implement the ecommerce vision, goals, and roadmap for the company, aligned with the overall business objectives and customer needs.
Lead and manage the ecommerce team, including web development, merchandising, content, operations, and customer service.
Monitor and analyze the ecommerce performance, including traffic, conversion, revenue, retention, and profitability, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Optimize the website design, functionality, usability, and accessibility, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience across all devices and platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, to drive traffic, awareness, and conversion.
Partner with the product development, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure the ecommerce channel is aligned with the product assortment, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Research and evaluate new ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the ecommerce capabilities and performance.
Manage the ecommerce budget and P&L, ensuring the ecommerce channel is profitable and delivers a positive ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
