We are a family-owned and operated stationery and accessories specialty business based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. We offer a range of high-quality sticker designs and a host of stationery products. As we continue to grow and expand our business operations, we are in search of the right individual/s to be part of that success and to grow with us!
This role is initially part-time with the potential to become full-time depending if the individual is the right fit!
Duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:-
- Familiarize yourself with the company’s design collections.
- Assist with packing and shipping orders.
- Organizing and maintaining supply inventory. Load and unload shipments.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Operating and maintaining basic office equipment.
- Assist with print and cutting inventory.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
- Ability to prepare and print routine correspondence, labels, and/or other basic written material.
- Basic Word processing and/or data entry skills.
- Receptionist skills.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Other duties as required for an evolving and growing small business.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30 pounds).
- Attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-organized work area.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Note: Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is preferred.
