Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients by creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.
- Manage appointments seamlessly and promptly respond to patient messages to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Use exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate and solve issues while maintaining a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
- Schedule doctors' appointments productively and minimize scheduling errors.
- Ensure that patients are consistently attending their appointments and are finishing their care on time.
- Build positive relationships with patients and resolve issues quickly and effectively to eliminate customer service issues.
- Organize the flow of the office to ensure that all appointments, paperwork, and communications are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Customer-Facing Expert: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, where you've honed your ability to create incredible experiences.
- Organization Ninja: Your organizational skills are legendary, and you can multitask like a pro.
- High-Octane Energy: Fast-paced environments are where you shine. The more action, the better.
- Conflict Resolution Champion: Conflicts don't scare you; you see them as opportunities to build stronger connections.
- Master Communicator: Your ability to read between the lines and respond to non-verbal cues and social dynamics is unmatched.
