Cuadra looks sales person for THE FASHION SHOW MALL, FORUM AND PALAZZO. The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a commissioned sales environment. Duties and responsabilities:
1. Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the store
2. Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
3. Understand and communicate the latest fashion trends in the industry , specifically about the exotic leather.
4. Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit
5. Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggests new merchandise.
6. Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
7. Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
8. Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, remerchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning.
9. Follow standard operating procedures and complete all tasks as assigned by Management
10. Strategize with Store Manager to meet sales targets
11. Assist associates and customers with checkout to ensure fast and accurate service.
12. Report pricing discrepancies and loss and/or damage of products to store manager
13. Provide ongoing updates to store manager regarding customer feedback and complaints
14. Attend sales training meetings
15. Performs inventory checks
Education and qualifications:
1. High school degree or GED
2. 5 years Experience in retail sales
3. 3 years Experience in customer service
