Hometown Loans is looking for a Customer Service Representative. CSRs are responsible for the successful management of customer relationships that lead to meeting monthly office performance goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service and Relationship Building
- Contacting & developing solutions with customers
- Maintaining customer records
- Processing loan applications, customer payments, and closing loans
- Marketing to current customers and potential new customers
- General support to the office manager
Qualified applicants should have:
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work beyond standard work hours if necessary to meet company goals
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
