JOB OVERVIEW
Under the supervision of the Director, Provider Relations the Field Outreach Coordinator focuses on strong collaborations between Call the Car, transportation providers, and facilities. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, engaging in outreach efforts, providing education and training, and monitoring trips in real time. The position also involves performing field investigations, such as inspecting transportation provider vehicles, assessing compliance risks, and ensuring adherence to contractual agreements. Additionally, this role will provide detailed reporting on field observations to inform and improve operational practices.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
The typical working condition for this position is being in and out of the office, oftentimes driving. The job may require extended periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, and/or lifting of at least 25 lbs. The use of a computer or other office equipment(s) is also a requirement. May require evening and/or weekend and/or overnight work.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Foster and sustain relationships with transportation providers and facilities through regular face-to-face meetings, phone or video calls, and group presentations.

Conduct scheduled and random visits to transportation providers to verify adherence to contract standards. This includes performing vehicle inspections and spot checks to ensure members are transported safely and with care.

Assist with company initiatives and projects, focusing on outreach to expand and enhance our network and facility partnerships.

Visit facilities regularly to conduct face-to-face meetings with staff and management, ensuring open communication and addressing any operational concerns.

Create detailed reports based on observations and findings from the field visits, and collaborate with various departments as needed to identify risks, address issues and implement improvements. Conduct scheduled and random visits to medical facilities to offer outreach, training, and educational support regarding Call the Car trips.

Engages and informs transportation providers and facilities about Call the Car programs.

Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations by protecting PHI and any patient confidentiality considerations while completing tasks within their established scope of work.

Any other duties as assigned by management.
CORE COMPETENCIES

Must pass a Criminal Background Screening.

Must pass government exclusion list at time of hire and monthly thereafter.

Familiarity with various basic PC usages.

Must possess a valid Class C driver’s license or higher.

Must pass insurance driver standards at the time of hire and be able to maintain insurable status throughout employment.

Able to type at least 40 wpm.

Customer Servicer experience preferred.

Availability to work any day and any shift, holidays, and weekends.
