Position Summary:
The Associate Technician is responsible for keeping the inventory records accurate, data entry, execuiting and monitoring customer shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and movement of the inventory and identifies if there are any shortages when compared with the physical inventory data
Pull orders following the Pulling of Biological Materials SOP (P0101-06=012MM-Current)
Clean and docontaminate all of the surfaces used while working on blood based products per the Cleaning and Decontamination of Workstations
Properly handle and dispose of potentially biohazardous and regulated waste per the Disposal of Regulated Waste
Maintaine secure access of freezers and refrigerators per the Freezer/Regfrigerator Access
Identification and discard of expired material and/or material that is no longer functional or usable
Management and rotation of stock
Record equipment temperatures daily in designated Materials Management area
Assist in the release of quarantined inventorhy into working inventory after completing the proper documentation
Assist in care and maintenance of facilities, equipment and supplies by keeping work are clean, orderly and safe
Experience: 1 or more years of previous related experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
