**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the service department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians and advisors
- Coordinate daily service operations, including scheduling and workflow
- Ensure quality control of all powersports repairs and maintenance services
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff on complex repairs
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in powersports service management
- Proficiency in powersport technical and mechanical processes and systems including ATVs, side-by-sides and motorcycles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
