The Sales Rep plays an extremely important role as they are the first person our potential client interacts with and is directly responsible for getting new clients started with us.
We are currently hiring
- Fitness Sales Rep
- Full-Time: 30-40 hours per week, 5-6 days per week, 6-8 hour shifts
- Starting Wage: $16 per hour plus sales commissions

Sales Rep responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
- Assist in following up with leads and converting leads to paid memberships. This includes making phone calls, responding to texts, emails and social media messages.
- Provide excellent customer service on a daily basis, including, but not limited to correspondence in person, via phone, email and social media in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance to clients and potential client requests along with inquiries about gym operations and policies.
- Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction at all times. Must be able to relate and understand the client’s needs and requests and ensure they are being well taken care of.
- Ability to maintain a positive, forward-focused attitude through unanticipated changes and able to adapt with resiliency to any situation thrown their way.
- Perform all aspects of sales-related administrative duties such as processing membership payments, lead tracking, sales & metrics tracking and general maintenance of client accounts.
Skills and Experience:
- Positive and passionate attitude about sales and customer service.
- Driven personality with attention to detail and a strong desire to go beyond what is asked.
- Strong and confident communication skills both orally and written.
- Extremely organized and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and working under deadlines.
- Customer service experience a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Interested in fitness, working out and maintains a healthy lifestyle
- “Figure it out” mentality - we are a small company and pivot according to business needs. The person in this role must be on a constant pursuit for understanding systems and uses all resources to get the job done.
Schedule
We are currently looking for a Sales Rep who can work 30-40 hours per week. This is an entry level position.
Work schedule is flexible but the typical 9a-6p, Monday to Friday, with a 30-60 minute lunch break is expected. Some Saturdays may be required to work. Sundays off.
