Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher Job Duties:
- Scheduled hours of work are full-time, Monday-Friday.
- Lesson plan development and smooth running of a full classroom
- Catering to the individual needs of the center’s children helping to support learning and social/emotional development
- Continuous communication and relationship building with families and staff
- Keeping a clean and organized classroom
- Utilization of assessment tools
- Being part of a team/team building environment
Requirements:
- You must be over 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED).
- At a minimum, an Associate degree in early childhood education (or a related field), or the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is also required for the lead teacher role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with families and their children
