Essential Duties and Responsibilities::
- Demonstrate Drylock Core Values: Safety, Respect, Ownership
- Directly Responsible for building and growing the relationship/sales with The Key Healthcare National Account and East Region Healthcare Distribution partners.
- Work closely with VP of Sales and all departments to develop a three-year strategic focused McKesson Plan focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
- Penetrate all levels of Key Account leadership in order to support and grow annual sales revenue and meet Drylock growth targets and goals.
- Develop Three-year region distribution plan to grow annually with a focus on new business opportunities and expansion of all Drylock product lines.
- Know Drylock products and how they compare to the competition to solicit orders more effectively.
- Inform key healthcare customers about the benefits of Drylock products versus those of the competition (product performance, features, and benefits, etc.) to solicit orders more effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor’s activities, products, and pricing for purposes of developing solicitation strategies.
- Know Drylock quality standards, plant production capabilities and lead times to effectively solicit orders and set proper customer expectations.
- Establish and develop accounts from which to solicit orders that increase company revenue in the retail market segments.
- Meet annual key customer growth and all sales goals as directed by the Vice President of Sales.
- Develop and implement strategic order solicitation methods to achieve corporate goals.
- Successfully expand and maintain existing region healthcare distribution base.
- Conduct solicitation-forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Attend trade shows and all customer events representing Drylock existing and innovative new product capabilities.
- Prepare adult incontinence training and be capable of in-service training programs with ALL perspective key account customers and end users.
- Prepare annual sales plans concerning solicitation activities (pricing request forms, weekly solicitation report, quarterly strategic solicitation plan, etc.).
- Must be able to travel frequently.
Education and Experience::
- Solicitation experience required with healthcare customers and large multi-million-dollar national accounts. Experience selling adult incontinent products and/or baby diaper products preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required, in Business Administration, Nursing, Sales, or Marketing degree preferred.

Work Environment::
- Work is performed primarily in a home office setting and remote.
- Frequent travel is required.
