Overview:
The Office of the Dean is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Deans at the women’s college of HTC. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Deans’ office, managing administrative processes, and facilitating effective communication within the university community.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the Dean's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prioritize and schedule appointments, ensuring optimal use of the Dean's time.

Communication and Correspondence:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the Dean's office.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Dean.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and document minutes as needed.
Make travel arrangements for the Dean, including booking flights, accommodations, and coordinating logistics.
Maintain and update confidential records, databases, and files.
- Generate reports and presentations as needed.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Deans.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in an academic
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking
- Strong written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain
