Job Summary:
The Bilingual Assistant plays a crucial role in facilitating the daily operations of the company and communicating effectively in multiple languages. Primarily providing support to managers and team leaders, they engage in communication with clients and stakeholders using both English and Japanese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders via phone and email using English and Japanese.
- Arrange meetings and events, create agendas, and provide support for interpretation and translation.
- Draft, edit, and translate documents and reports.
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for managers and team members.
- Participate as an interpreter in meetings and events as needed to facilitate communication.
- Manage, organize, and translate documents and information within the office.
- Manage the IT SaaS systems, including updating credit card information, company address information, communicate with customer support, etc.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese.
- Experience in customer service and communication in a business environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Strong communication skills including teamwork and flexibility.
- Experience in translation and interpretation is a plus but not required.
Education and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in similar positions is preferred.
Terms of Employment:
- Compensation will be based on experience and skills.
- Full-time or part-time options are available.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
