Job Summary:
We're actively seeking a fellowship-trained, board-eligible, or board-certified pain physician with expertise in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Pain Medicine to join our Delaware practice.
Our practice is a respected and rapidly expanding interventional pain practice. We are small in scale compared to other major corporate groups in the area- this is a unique opportunity that allows you to build your own patient base, with great flexibility and amazing work life balance. This is a unique opportunity for an interventional pain doctor to grow.
We're seeking an individual passionate about delivering top-tier patient care, eager to build a robust caseload swiftly, and excited to collaborate with our stellar team of providers and staff.
Our practice focus is on a very individualized patient-centric treatment plan, outstanding customer service, patient safety, informed decision-making, and effective pain reduction strategies.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
MD/DO with fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine with training in Anesthesiology, PM&R or Neurology.
Successful candidates should demonstrate confidence, proficiency, efficiency, and safety in conducting interventional fluoroscopy-guided pain procedures. They should possess the capability to perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures commonly practiced.
Valid, DEA Certificate, valid DE License, BLS/ACLS Certified
Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide intervention services to individuals requiring medical support
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment plans
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote interventions
- Implement diagnostic radiology procedures as part of the intervention process
- Engage in discharge planning activities for patients transitioning from interventions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical note dictations and coding
- Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies
- Strong background in imaging review and interventional techniques
- Understanding of anatomy/physiology to support intervention strategies
- Ability to conduct effective discharge planning for patients
