The Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for recruiting qualified students to enroll into our Permanent Makeup Training programs. We are seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals with strong computer skills. Candidates with Microsoft office, PowerPoint, and strong telephone skills are preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Following up with all inquiries regarding our training programs.
- Reviewing enrollment requirements and state regulations.
- Conducting school tours.
- Handling all invoicing for tuition and sales orders for equipment and supplies.
- Creating and maintaining training schedules for instructors, potential students, and models.
- Setting up and maintaining classes, included training material, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintaining strong relationships with students throughout their program and graduation.
- Assisting with marketing and advertising campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
