Seeking motivated individuals for an entry sales level position in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas.
Must have initiative, and the ability to call leads daily among other roles.

This new project focuses on the rights of property owners, and their heirs, that have fallen behind in taxes. Like much of America, Charlotte and its surrounding areas, have a vast pool of individuals that are behind in taxes; either because they are oblivious to the stake they have on an heired property, or they have been financially impacted by recent economic hardships. Whatever the circumstance, many land/homeowners tend to not have the ability, or know how, to pay the required annual expenses. Therefore, Triple Crown Real Estate & Investments finds and educates these individuals of their options, and the potential to be compensated without losing the property to foreclosure.

Role and Responsibilities
Triple Crown is looking for someone that is self-motivated, driven, and shows ample ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. This position also requires the individual to possibly work longer weeks than the normal 40hr work week. In this position you will have, but not limited to, the following responsibilities while working from home:
- Be connected with the team daily.
- Responsible for hitting monthly sales goals
- Create new appts to hit monthly sales goals via outbound calls
- Be on weekly training calls
- Be professional at all times
- Be courteous and empathetic to the staff and patrons
- No mischievous/illegal activities or any other action that would be deemed as misconduct
Compensation & Hours
- Hours will change daily based on daily appointments.
- Appointments may be scheduled Monday-Saturday
- Base and Commission pay structure with potential of over $100k the first year.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
