Plush Laser is a boutique laser experience by medical professionals. We specialize in laser hair removal + skin rejuvenation (aka laser facials, microneedling & peels). We’re looking for our newest team member - Front of House to join our plush fam!
If you enjoy being the face of the location, providing an elevated guest experience, taking ownership over a smooth, yet robust treatment schedule, juggling a few things at once, attending pop-ups + events, and are goal driven re additional sales performance earnings - monthly bonuses, skincare + service upsell commissions - this may be a great fit for you!
Our ideal candidate - you are skilled in providing a guest experience above and beyond the rest, show your sparkling personality upon every first impression irl + always via phone + text, are extremely organized and able to self-manage an ever growing treatment schedule - optimizing scheduling, anticipating needs, and always seeking solutions.
Above and beyond the usual greeting guests, making calls, and schedule oversight - you'll be responsible for assisting in sales generation via service upsells + product sales. this may look like chatting and educating guests in person, or reaching out to let our guests know about an exciting new promo or upcoming event. you'll also attend our pop-up events with our fave local businesses + bridal shows, and assist with the setup + execution of our internal quarterly events. She also includes admin duties such as cleaning, inventory, ordering, and ensuring all things internal plush scottsdale are tended to as needed!
Front of House
- Greets guests and visitors, ensuring an elevated guest experience - every time
- Responsible for oversight of treatment schedule (optimization, confirmations)
- Handles guest communication via call/text and returns any missed messages/texts promptly
- Facilitate daily huddles with clinic staff
- Ensures client intake and all required documents have been signed
- Checks appointments in + out
- Collect payments, if outstanding
- Works with guests to relay instructions from medical professionals and answer questions about treatments
- Maintain daily dashboard + internal clinic metrics
- Assist sales initiatives (via upsells/product sales)
- Internal event oversight
- Cleaning
- Ensures clinic email is reviewed and handled accordingly
- Collects mail and processes any mail accordingly
- Handles deliveries and returns
- Local needs - errands/pickups
- Inventory (center supplies, print materials)
- Ordering (center supplies)
- Pop-up events
- All other duties as assigned
Compensation:
-$16-$24/hour (hourly base + performance bonuses)
