Essential Functions:

Communicate with the host staff to update the floor chart continuously throughout the shift.

Collects menus and returns them to the Host Area.

Perform a perimeter sweep at beginning & end of shift.

Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.

Throughout the shift, always ensure that every area is both clean and maintained, both inside and out.

Assists the Servers by refilling waters, beverages & providing bread service during dinner hours.
-
Assists in bussing and resetting tables.
-
Informs Management immediately of Guests who are dissatisfied.
-
Maintains professional, composed and calm demeanor at all times.

Completes all side-work as directed.

Assists in an entire team effort.
-
All other duties as assigned.
Special Skills or knowledge necessary for this position:
-
Full-Service Restaurant Kitchen Experience is desired.

Strong communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills. Able to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to be organized in a changing environment.

Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor during periods of uncertainty or crisis.
Daily physical requirements and/or number of pounds that may need to be lifted on the job:

Stands during entire shift.

Reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, shakes, pours, carries, and pushes.

Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 25 lbs. up to 20 times per shift.

Frequent exposure to high temperatures, humidity and cold.
Pay Rate:
