Job Summary:
Join our team as a Guest Service Agent at our prestigious hotel where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy in guest billing and room assignments
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Experience:
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel management is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Proficiency in using front desk software systems
- Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
