Senior Manager Accounts Payable
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

The Senior Manager of Accounts Payable will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable on-boarding team, root cause analytics for AP related issues. In addition, this role oversees adherence to internal controls within the AP department. This person will report directly to the Senior Director, Accounts Payable and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data for accounts payable and assist in directing the organization's accounts payable function.
In this role you will get to:
The Senior Manager of Accounts Payable is responsible for the Accounts Payable operation and projects, vendor master file, interface management, and highly technical AP sub-processes
Will not hesitate to roll up the sleeves to address any issues associated with the Accounts Payable function
Manage multiple interfaces with Oracle/SAP while interacting with IT group
Solid problem solving skills and attention to detail to identify, investigate and resolve anomalies in the data
Works well in a high pressure environment, ensuring that work is being completed in an accurate and timely fashion.
Lead implementation of new ERP systems, robust process automation and other improvement initiatives in partnership with cross functional teams
Support continuous improvements in the functions and business by providing subject matter expertise on business requirement definition, process design, implementation of process and organizational changes, and timing of impacted processes across all teams
Serve as subject matter expert for accounts payable purchasing and related accounting modules
Oversees the processing of accurate and timely 1099’s as required by the IRS
Provide treasury support including resolutions of US and foreign payment issues and assist in establishing new banking interfaces with A/P
Who you are:
Bachelor in related discipline (finance/accounting); MBA preferred
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience
Must have extensive background in Accounts Payable, preferable for a multinational organization.
5+ years of managing and developing financial shared service teams preferred
Significant experience working and leading cross-functionally in high growth environment
Excellent communication / collaboration skills required; role involves building strong relationships across the organization
Experience in preparing management reports, developing procedures, leading meetings and conducting training sessions
Experience managing teams and developing people for growth and success
Must be a proactive & highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
Working experience and technical knowledge of various Oracle and/or SAP, Ivalua and/or Coupa
System implementation experience a plus
Accounts Payable related system and required interfaces
Ability to identify areas and make recommendations for improvements with existing processes
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, and business intelligence software are required
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000.
