Compliance Coordinator
Purpose: As a compliance coordinator you will make sure all employees stay in compliance with the DOT Rules and Regulations and ensure all employees get their hours completed and submitted. This process involves a detailed review of employee hours and driver logs to find errors or falsifications in order to assure a compliant workforce and accuracy in payroll.
Responsibilities:

Verify that each employee has hours entered daily

Verify that field employees have the correct amount of hours calendared daily

Verify that office/warehouse employees have used the time clock correctly

Audit drivers to make sure the hours turned over for payroll match up with the truck GPS
-
Audit driver logs for Hours of Service violations

Audit driver logs for Form and Manner errors
-
Communicate with the drivers about DOT policies and regulations
-
Manage speeding and fuel reports
