Medium sized growing Manhattan Landlord-Tenant firm seeks attorney with minimum five (5) years’ experience in Landlord-Tenant Litigation. Applicant should have strong background in at least two of the following three fields: i) drafting of pleadings, substantive motions, memorandum of law, post-trial and appellate briefs, ii) an established court room presence – having conducted settlement conferences, argued varied motions, conducted depositions, engaged in pre-trial conferences, conducted trials and argued appeals, iii) litigated before DHCR, OATH and DOB - to include having prepared responses to tenant’s complaints, PARs, Article 78 petitions and conducted hearings at various agencies. Excellent opportunity for energetic, effective litigator.
Salary: $150,000.00+ commensurate with candidate's experience.
