POSITION SUMMARY:
Due to our continued growth, we are actively seeking a talented and dynamic Regional Manager of Operations who will be responsible for monitoring and assisting in the operations of multiple dental practices affiliated with Pearl Street Dental Partners in the Dallas-Forth Worth, Texas area.
The Regional Manager of Operations will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in each of their dental practices with the goal of optimizing practice-level performance and growth, as well as enhancing the patient experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide oversight and support to practice-level managers and administrative staff
- Maintain regular communication with affiliated doctors and office staff to review practice trends and performance objectives
- Develop, review, and implement recommendations for operational processes and initiatives with the Regional Director, VP Business Operations, and operations team
- Implement and maintain company culture and core values at the practice level
- Advise and train practice managers on operational policies and recommend changes
- Approve and monitor office staff hours and ensure proper staffing at the practice level
- Assist in the onboarding and integrations of recently acquired dental practices; including implementation of operational processes per PSDP guidelines and philosophy
- Answer employee requests and questions and help resolve operational issues
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in an operational, customer service-focused role
- 3+ years of dental management and/or multi-location operational experience
- P&L responsibility and experience with budget management, personnel management, and team building is a strong plus
- A wiliness to spend time in the field visiting and supporting dental practices in your territory
- Strong active listening skills, ability to implement processes, and collaboration with Regional Director and COO to ensure company objectives are met & culture implemented
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively with all team members, both at the practice level and Support Center
