Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant Needed
liitto, llc has been in business since 2020. We are located in the beautiful Baldwin Park area of Orlando. We specialize in offering administrative services to local companies who do not employ admin staff. The following services are offered through liitto, llc; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Human Resources, etc.

Knowledge Required
- QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise Contractor’s Edition).
- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word. The person needs to be very familiar with Excel spreadsheets
- Accounts Payable experience
Description of Responsibilities:
- Employee will assist AP department manager
- Employee will be responsible for monitoring AP shared mailbox, save invoices in server location for each vendor, enter bills into QuickBooks for payment
- Setup new vendors in QuickBooks, request W-9, COI (when needed) for 1099's
- Bank Feeds for all company bank accounts, credit cards-synced into QuickBooks
- Pull report for weekly check runs
- Monthly bank and credit card reconciliation's
- Assist various departments with admin tasks when needed
- Order supplies, snacks for office, Friday lunch for the office
- Run errands as needed, check post office for mail (*RELIBALE TRANSPORTAION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION*) The company offers mile reimbursement.
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Overtime and weekend work available based on daily needs, but not required.
Benefits Offered:
- 10 days PTO per year, accrued 3.08 hours/ pay period for 1st year. 80 hours of PTO granted upfront after *1st year anniversary is met*, additional week (40 hours) of PTO granted at 5th year anniversary

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
