Summary: Maintains the operation and upkeep of property buildings.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Responsible for the cleaning of vacant units for occupancy, model apartments and clubhouse, daily, which includes:
a. Mops, vacuums and sweeps all floors daily, and cleans mops after each use.
b. Cleans all countertops, fridge, microwave, stovetops, around stove and pulls fridge out to clean behind fridge.
c. Cleans and disinfects sink, toilet and tub-shower.
d. Washes windows and window tracks in all rooms.
e. Changes and washes all bed linen, bedspreads and blankets as needed.
f. Dusts all counter tops, bedroom dresser tops and furniture as needed.
g. Dusts paintings and door jams in rooms and hallways weekly.
h. Dusts and disinfects all gym equipment.
i. Cleans all furnace rooms.
2. Responsible for daily upkeep of the common areas and entrance ways of the property buildings.
3. Empties all trash cans on a daily basis and disposes of trash in a designated areas. Recycles appropriate materials as necessary.
4. Reports any property damage, lease violations, and any items that may need to be fixed to management.
5. Replaces light bulbs as needed. Assures all unnecessary lights are turned off as required.
6. Assists Maintenance department with replacing screens, delivery of parts, evictions and other related requests as assigned.
7. May be responsible for cleaning up the maintenance shop, keeping inventory and updating move-in board in the shop.
8. Hand delivers items, flyers, letters and other correspondence when requested.
9. Assists Groundskeeping and Maintenance staff in snow removal. Operates machinery such as snow blower. May be required to work mandatory overtime to remove snow.
10. Follow company rules and procedures as set forth in training sessions, manuals, and guidelines.
11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
