GCG is a small business with approximately 100 employees, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. We are a contracted vendor for the State of Arizona, Division of Developmental Disabilities to provide group home and homecare services to it's members exclusively. We have 6 group homes operational in Maricopa County, with 2 additional homes opening this year which will also add to our headcount, an additional 30 employees.
Our goal is to prioritize the well-being and quality of life of the individuals we serve. Our staff play a vital role in ensuring that our member's receive the highest standard of care, support, and assistance in their daily lives. As the Workforce Manager, you are responsible for the lifecycle of an employee as reviewed below, specifically those of the title Direct Support Professional (DSP) who work directly with the members we support.
Knowledge of the direct care or behavioral health industry is critical to your success int this role.

- Location: 8010 E McDowell Rd, Suite 114, Scottsdale AZ 85257
- Hours: 7:30am - 4pm, 30 min lunch, Monday through Friday, no weekends
Benefits:
- Starting Pay 18.00/hr - Bi-Weekly Pay periods
- (2) weeks paid vacation
- Medical/Vision/Dental - eligible after 2nd full month of employment
- Earned Paid Sick Time, up to 40hrs per year.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment - encompassing all elements of recruiting, including screening, interviews, and advertising as required by the agency CEO
- Responsible for dispersing disciplinary and termination notifications as required, requested and/or directed by Executive Leadership
- Responsible for required background checks as directed by Executive Leadership
- Responsible for notarizing documents as required, requested and/or directed by Executive Leadership
- Responsible for training certain aspects of a new hire training as an alternate to our normal trainers as directed by Executive Leadership. This includes assisting the trainer with needed tasks during active training.
- Support office functions.
- Office presence, including answering the phones, receiving shipments sent to the office when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of information for GCG functioning, current and/or new employees, member & member family’s information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in workforce development, recruitment or a related field, direct care and/or behavioral health
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Notary certification is a plus, otherwise company will get you certified
