Position
As a Marketing Representative, you will have the opportunity to directly drive sales and increase market share for the company by actively seeking out prospects. In building strategic partnerships, you will provide need-based solutions to boost revenue and customer acquisition growth. As we grow, this will also create opportunities for growth within the organization!
Responsibilities
- Actively promote our services to potential referral partners – plumbing companies, insurance agents, property management and other trades.
- Identify new partner opportunities through multiple marketing channels – cold calling, in person route stops, marketing events, networking groups, trade shows and more.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with existing and potential referral sources
- Connect directly with customers as needed to close sales
- Deliver marketing events that drives awareness of our company and improves participation in our referral program or other programs.
- Customer Resource Management (CRM) – log all interactions into CRM and other software so company leadership and the team have an accurate picture of your activities as well as status of referral sources
- Work together with operations team to expedite resolution to any customer/account complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales goals
- Provide feedback to company leadership from referral sources, your insights on job performance, competitive advantages & opportunities to improve during regular sales meetings.

- Online Marketing skills or experience a plus but not required

- Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations
- Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications Needed
- High school diploma/GED
- Sales experience ( 2 years B2B sales experience preferred)
- Good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
