Alltek Roofing is seeking a driven, experienced roofing sales professional. Based in Lombard, IL, we are a residential roofing professional mostly serving the western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago.
Historically, we have focused on residential retail replacement roofing. However, it is time to begin building the storm damage side of the business.
This person would be responsible for building the infrastructure and process to successfully run a competitive storm damage roofing operation. As Alltek Roofing continues to grow, this person would play a critical role in the success of the organization and have the opportunity to lead a large business line. This is an opportunity to join a small team and be a leader in the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on the appropriate technology stack and systems for storm damage roofing
- Play a critical role in developing the processes and procedures to provide the best customer experience
- Educate and inform homeowners on what they are entitled to through storm damage as it relates to roofing, siding and gutter projects
- Develop canvasing strategy to maximize lead generation
- Negotiate contracts and agreements

Skills:
- 3-5 years in storm damage roof sales
- Knowledge and experience in insurance claim process
- Hungry, resourceful, and self-motivated individual who is ready to manage a fast-growing book of business
