We are seeking a Placement Coordinator for our office in Hollywood, FL. This is a full-time customer service position. 40 hours per week. Work hours are 12:30PM - 9:00PM, Monday through Friday. The hours are firm. This is an in office position. Applicants must be able to start immediately.
Job Description
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Filling substitute teacher requests by taking school orders and identifying matching teachers in the employee pool
- Calling clients to build relationships and to stimulate demand
- Entering and maintaining client records, staff records, and job orders
- Assisting with miscellaneous office administration tasks
Desired Qualifications / Skills
- AA Degree or higher
- Previous customer service experience required, experience in a call center is a big plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
